Shakeology Shamrock Shake

Last week I was sitting in McDonald’s eating my salad and couldn’t help but notice how many people were ordering Shamrock Shakes.  Now I’ll fully admit, yes I’ve had a Shamrock Triple Thick Shake in my time, but now I know better.  My husband even leaned over and said, “hey do you have any cash leftover (to not have to use the debit card again for something silly) I wanna go get a Shamrock Shake.” I’m pretty sure I gave him the look of death and he dropped the issue real quick.  This all made me really want to go to the store and grab all the fixings to make a HEALTHY alternative to the Shamrock Shake (which I am currently drinking as I write this).  Here is the recipe:


1 Scoop (or packet) of Greenberry Shakeology

1 Fat Free / Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding Mix

1 tsp of Mint Extract

Blended with ice & water to taste

Let me tell you it’s delicious! I am definitely regretting not having a straw though because I made this one “triple thick” and I can’t drink it fast enough without making a mess!   So here is the breakdown on nutrition information:

    I love this! I definitely need to try this out. I do not personally like those shakes but I know some close friends who do I will definitely pass this on to them so they can check it out! Thanks for the great info!
